Plant sale located behind the Quay Community Centre. Sunday 17th May 12.00p.m. to 3.00p.m.
All are welcome to pop down and see what we are up to. Proceeds from this plant sale allows us to buy more seeds and equipment needed to keep this project going. Thank you.

HOLY TRINITY RESTORATION:
A fundraising concert to support ongoing essential restoration work at Holy Trinity Church
will take place at Holy Trinity Church, Westport on Wed. 27th May 8pm, featuring Louisburgh Voices and the ConTempo Quartet. The programme includes Vivaldi's Gloria in D and music by J.S. Bach. Tickets (€20) are available from the Clew Bay Hotel and Duffy's Bookshop, Westport and Gala, Louisburgh.

ST MARY’S CHURCH WESTORT:
A new sound system is being installed at the moment.
This involves upgrading the wiring, loop system and speakers in the Church.
WALKING WITH THE BEREAVED:
A call to service “Each of us, by virtue of our Baptism, has been called to serve the Lord Jesus in some way or other” Archbishop Francis Duffy. Training in Funeral Ministry. A call to support, is an initiate of the Tuam Diocesan Funeral Resource Team. The Church recommends that when no Priest or Deacon is available for the removal from the Funeral Home or the home of the deceased and graveside prayers in the cemetery, then a lay person can preside. You are invited to nominate someone whom you believe fulfils the role. See the details on the information leaflet.
